We at 1003POWER.COM are delighted that you have decided to subscribe to 1003 POWER .com website ("1003POWER ") owned and operated by DNT Holdings, LLC ("DNT.H") and to use DNT.H loan origination, loan processing and management system ("System") available from the 1003POWER Site.

("Agreement"). Your acceptance of these terms and conditions and the attached TERMS US FOR 1003POWER.COM ("Terms of Use") form a binding agreement between you and DNT.H Therefore, you should read this Agreement and the Terms of Use.
Subscription Licenses There are two different types of subscriptions to 1003POWER System they are as follows: 1. Broker Subscriptions available to individual broker, loan officers or processors. 2. Wholesale Lender Subscriptions to the Lender Database described below.

DNT.H will maintain a Lender Database on the System. The Lender Database will consist of information pertaining to prospective borrowers/properties supplied by Mortgage Broker subscribers and other material supplied by such subscribers for use and viewing by Wholesale Lender Subscribers (with the provision that Wholesale Lenders cannot order credit reports with respect to any such prospective borrower without first obtaining the express written consent of the Mortgage Broker subscriber who supplied the information). Access to the information contained in the Lender Database and the use thereof is restricted to the Wholesale Lender subscribers.

User permission to download and use 1003POWER and System is subject to (1) the terms and conditions of this Agreement, (2) the attached Terms of Use and Conditions and (3) User payment of the appropriate subscription fees. User may not transfer User rights to anyone else without obtaining DNT.H prior written consent.

The term of this Agreement will begin on the day User subscribes to 1003POWER and System and will continue in full force and effect until User's subscription expires or the agreement is terminated in accordance to this paragraph. User or DNT.H may terminate this Agreement without notice. User will not be entitled to any refund of the subscription fee upon termination. DNT.H may terminate User subscription, restrict or terminate User access to 1003POWER and the System immediately without notice or liability if User breach's this Agreement in any way, and such termination will not limit any other rights available to the Journal. (what is the journal?) The provisions of this Agreement and the attached Terms of Use and Conditions will survive any termination of User's subscription.

Current subscription fees are available at info@1003power.com. Subscriptions are monthly or annual payment for User subscription and is due monthly in advance. User will not be entitled to any refund if User cancel's their monthly or annual subscription from the date of ordering. Taxes and other government charges or fees are User's responsibility and will be added and billed to the User's account.

If User pays by credit card or other payment instrument or by allowing the withdrawal of funds from an account designated by User and DNT.H does not obtain full payment, User agree s to pay all amounts due upon demand from DNT.H. If User's subscription ends, User will immediately pay DNT.H. any outstanding balance on invoices issued or sent.

DNT.H RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME AND FROM TIME TO TIME, TO CHANGE ITS SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND BILLING METHODS. CHANGES IN THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES WILL APPLY TO SUBSCRIPTION ORDERED AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE FEES CHANGE. DNT.H WILL NOTIFY USER IN ADVANCE OF ANY SUCH CHANGES, AND IF ANY CHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE, USER MAY TERMINATE THEIR SUBSCRIPTION.

If you select a subscription plan with a fixed term, then this Agreement will continue for the full number of months selected ("Term"). You may cancel Service for any reason without notice, which cancellation will take effect on or before the beginning of the next billing cycle, BUT IF YOU CANCEL SERVICE OR BREACH THE AGREEMENT BEFORE YOUR TERM ENDS, YOU AGREE THAT THE RESULTING HARM TO US IS IMPRACTICABLE OR EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO MEASURE AND YOU AGREE TO PAY US IN ADDITION TO AMOUNTS OWED, AS A REASONABLE ESTIMATE OF OUR HARM, A $0.00 CANCELLATION FEE PER LICENSE KEY (which may be deducted from any amounts prepaid by you, charged to your card or billed to your account). Our monthly charges are based on the assumption that you will remain a customer for the whole Term. You and we agree that it is reasonable for your monthly subscription fee to include the amount of the cancellation fee. If you breach the Agreement, we may suspend or terminate your Service immediately without prior notice (except to the extent prohibited by law) and do the same for any other service you receive under any other agreement with us.

(a) failing to pay any sum when due; (b) failing to comply with any provision in this Agreement or any other agreement between us; (c) becoming the subject of any proceedings under the Bankruptcy Code; (d) becoming insolvent; or (e) your financial institution dishonoring or returning for insufficient funds your check or credit card. In the event of cancellation, you are responsible for payment of all charges (including any cancellation fee) due to us under the Agreement, which charges will be immediately due and payable. After the Term expires, you become a month-to-month customer but are still subject to the Agreement, as modified.

Subject to the Terms of Use and Conditions, all data supplied by a subscriber to 1003POWER and will not be tampered, altered or misused in anyway by the DNT.H. DNT.H does not represent or warrant the accuracy of data, materials and other information supplied by subscribers to the 1003POWR and System.
